Lusk is a team-oriented contractor who always cooperated with the design professionals, the subcontractors, and the owner to achieve the best outcome…The transformation of the historic structure which Lusk accomplished has been extraordinary. The members of the Congregation are simply elated about the outcome of the renovation project. Lusk truly deserves this commendation for a job well done!
— ARTHUR J. CLEMENT, AIA, PRESIDENT, CLEMENT & WYNN PROGRAM MANAGERS

David did a masterful job in coordinating the suppliers and subs to complete the job on schedule. As the schedule got tighter, tempers and patience got short. David was able to maintain a “cool head” and transacted business in a professional manner and maintained order and unity…without David’s personality and professionalism; I don’t believe this job would have been completed on schedule.
— ROBERT SEWELL, FACILITIES DIRECTOR, FORSYTH COUNTY SCHOOLS

It was nice to work with a contractor that contributed to the good of the project and helped save money for the client. Lusk finished the project on time and under budget.
— PAUL D. HOOVER, AIA, ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT, PRECISION PLANNING, INC.

Government work is trying. We had the right contractor for this one. Extra paperwork, extra time, slow decisions and coordination with the City vendors did not deter for this project. I still don’t know how you finished early with all of the delays…
— JEFFERY M. SEELEY, VICE PRESIDENT, FOREMAN SEELEY FOUNTAIN ARCHITECTURE

…I asked several members of my building committee if things always went so well, as was my experience here. The answer I got was a resounding, ‘No.’ If I ever have to build again, which seems likely, this experience will be my measure of how things ought to be done.
— REV. MSGR. STEPHEN T. CHURCHWELL, PASTOR, CHRIST REDEEMER CATHOLIC CHURCH

It was great fun and enormously satisfying for us to work with you, your staff and workers. You all became friends and we feel you are all part of our school family.
— LORNE GARRETTSON, CLERK, BOARD OF OVERSIGHT, THE FRIENDS SCHOOL OF ATLANTA

…you provided a team that showed excellent management skills and also a caring group of people desiring only to do what is right for our client…
— ARNOLD P. SILVERMAN, PRESIDENT, SILVERMAN CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

… [Lusk] is one of the few contractors that works with the designer to make the project successful. You should put them on your bid list. (letter from an architect to another peer)
— MACK A. CAIN, DIRECTOR OF LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE, JORDON JONES & GOULDING

…I wanted to commend you and your firm for the professionalism shown during our recent project with you… your team consistently made decisions that led us to trust them and we were always treated with respect. Our views were taken and thoughtfully considered… We look forward to working with your team again!
