Allen K. Calhoun
PRESIDENT /
PRECONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Allen is one of two principal owners at Lusk & Company, Inc. and serves as President, Preconstruction Manager and Estimator. Allen brings over thirty-five years of estimating experience across a wide range of projects. He is particularly skilled in conceptual estimating and value engineering.

Allen is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Construction.

Brent Nitschke, P. E.
VICE PRESIDENT / PROJECT MANAGER


Brent is one of two principal owners at Lusk & Company, Inc. and serves as Vice President and responsible for field operations and construction administration. Brent brings close to twenty years of experience from a wide variety of project types.

Brent holds a MBA from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.  He is a licensed structural engineer in Georgia and Virginia, and a licensed commercial general contractor in Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee.

Susan J. Gatins
CONTROLLER


As the corporate controller of Lusk & Company, Susan Gatins oversees the accounting, financial management and treasury functions of the company. Susan brings close to thirty years of experience in construction and development as well as property management accounting.  Susan is a registered Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the Darla School of Business at the University of South Carolina.

 

Bryan Rogers
LEED, SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER


Bryan is Senior Project Manager with over fifteen years experience. Bryan is a confident and resourceful Project Manager and under his leadership many of his projects have won awards and distinction. Bryan earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Kennesaw State University and is also a Registered LEED Accredited Professional.

Janet L. Matelski
OFFICE MANAGER/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

As the Administrative Assistant and Office Manager for Lusk & Company, Janet oversees all aspects of the office including, but not limited to coordinating training, insurance & contract compliance as well as preparing all submissions for open projects.  Janet brings over thirty-five years of administrative /office management experience to Lusk and is a veteran of the U. S. Navy.

Don Ehlers
SR. PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT


Don is our most senior project superintendent having been with Lusk & Company, Inc. for over twenty years. Prior to coming to Lusk & Company, Don owned his own framing and construction company and is particularly knowledgeable in site development and ground-up structures. Don is a veteran having served in the United States Army.

 

Chuck Phillips
PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT


Chuck comes to Lusk & Company, Inc. with more than thirty years in construction.  Chuck has served as a labor, carpenter, superintendent, project manager and owner of interior trim and commercial door and installation company for over fourteen years. Chuck also has extensive experience in ground-up development and interior finishes.

Randy Smith
PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT


Randy has been in construction for over thirty years having served as carpenter, superintendent, project manager, and owner of a residential construction company. Randy also has extensive experience in demolition having owned a demolition company for over twelve years specializing in commercial and industrial demolition work

Rocky Littlepage
PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT


Rocky brings over thirty years experience to Lusk & Company, Inc. He has served as a field superintendent in the industrial, commercial and agricultural general construction industry. He has particular skilled in structural steel erection and welding.

 

 

Bud Branan
PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT


Bud brings thirty years experience to Lusk & Company having owned his own construction company specializing in large residential renovations up to two million dollars. Bud has experience as a carpenter, superintendent, and project manager. Bud has an eye for detail and interior finishes.

Kevin Layton
SUPERINTENDENT


Kevin joins Lusk & Company, Inc. with over thirty-five years of commercial and residential experience. Kevin has a proven history of completing projects on-time and on budget giving the client a high quality end result. He is detail oriented, self motivated and has a high level of energy. He specialized in tenant build out, high-rise residential, loft condominiums, light industrial warehouse and residential amenity structures.

Brian Huff
FIELD SUPERVISOR
 

Brian brings nearly twenty years experience as a hands on framing and trim carpenter. He is a keen problem solver, has an eye for detail and is consumed with doing things for the benefit of the project. His energy and enthusiasm has help endear him to clients and he portrays a "can do" attitude no matter the situation.

 

Taylor White
FIELD SUPERVISOR

Taylor has worked in the construction industry for over eight years. While in school he worked with a General Contractor and Demolition Company. He is skilled in carpentry, demolition, estimating, and construction administration.

Taylor earned his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University of North Georgia.

Tyler White
PROJECT ENGINEER

Tyler has worked in the construction industry for over eight years. While in school he worked with a General Contractor and Demolition Company. He is skilled in carpentry, demolition, estimating, and construction administration.

Tyler earned his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with a special emphasis in Management from the University of North Georgia.
